APHU - VENDOR HISTORY UPDATE

To open APHU, press <Alt M> ("Menu") and follow the Menu path illustrated below, then press <Enter>, or simply enter <APHU> in the "Enter Program Name" field and press <Enter>.

APHU moves year-to-date purchase totals on APM to last year totals and deletes previous last year totals.  This program should be run in December; however, you may run the program anytime you want to clear current totals and move them to last year totals.

Note:

(1) This program only takes a few seconds to run. (2) It does not print. (3) Do not run more than once a year.
