1. When selecting the first option in IVUL, "Enter In Stock Items," and answering "Yes" to "Are You Sure?," the illustration below right shows that a choice is given regarding quantity entry. This gives flexibility when using a portable reader. Rather than keying in the quantity of a particular item number, it is sometimes easier to just scan each item individually.
2. After zeroing the masterfile and then entering in stock items, a "Variance Report" can be printed for comparison.
3. Exchanging the U.S. retail prices in inventory (IVM, "Our Price #1") to that of the user’s country can now be accomplished though an IVUL option, "Exchange Rate Price Utility," according to what you have set up in SYS, Config File, Change Misc. Configurations, number 2015, "Exchange Rate for Selling Price."
