QUESTRPT - QUEST REPORT

This program is for users who have our Quest multi-media kiosk.  You may now query your Quest as to what items are being “hit” or viewed.  The file that the report is based upon is called “QINFO.”  Depending on how your Quest is connected to your BSMGR server, you may or may not have to copy this file from your Quest hard drive to your server’s hard drive.  Contact BSMGR Technical Support if you desire to use this feature.

Note:   You can configure Quest to keep this file on the BSMGR server, eliminating the copying of data back and forth
