ACCESS
(Export BSMGR files into ACCESS)

 To open ACCESS, enter <ACCESS> in the "Enter Program Name" field and press <Enter>.

Note:  This feature requires Microsoft Access 2003 or higher to be installed on the computer running the export.

The “ACCESS” program in BSMGR serves (2) functions:

1. It is a setup screen informing BSMGR of what files to nightly (via the BSMGR “SCHEDULE” program) to export to Microsoft Access. 
2. To export certain files in the middle of the day using the “Export to Access” button.

Note:  Whatever files are chosen on the last manual run will also be used by the scheduler.
