IVUL - 30  Title Prefix Category Change

This utility is used to breakout title prefixes and/or to give new categories.  For example, in the past, when there were only 199 categories, some users would add a prefix to an item as a means of grouping items of a certain category together.

Example:    If there was no Gift category, G- could be used as a prefix for gifts (i.e., G-Birthstone Angel Ornament).

This utility allows you to remove the G- prefixes and designate one of the 999 categories as a Gift category.
