GLIS - INCOME STATEMENT

To open GLIS, press <Alt M> ("Menu") and follow the Menu path illustrated below, then press <Enter>, or simply enter <GLIS> in the "Enter Program Name" field and press <Enter>.

Enter the supervisory password to open the program.

Current Income Statement

Select whether you wish to print to the printer or print to the screen.

The Income Statement (see format example) prints current period, year-to-date, current last year and last year-to-date amounts for the following:

• Sales

• Cost of Goods

• Gross Profit

• Expenses

• Income

• Earnings

You may run this report as many times as you wish before the GLS ("Set Up For New Month") program is run.

Will print a consolidated income statement for Multi-Stores, combining all the income and expenses.

Prior Period Income Statement

Enter the period that you want and select OK.  Then choose whether you want to print to the printer or print to the screen.  (You may only select a period from the current year.)

An income statement for that period will print.

Will print a consolidated income statement for Multi-Stores for a prior period.
