Sales on Consignment - SLOC

Add/Change/Delete Consignee

You may add a consignee to your system by going into SLOC and choosing option 1. Enter the name, address, city, phone #, and contact person. This information may be changed by choosing option 2. You may delete a consignee from your system by choosing option 3.

 

Add/Change/Delete Items on Consignment

You may add items on a consignee by going into SLOC and choosing option 4. When items are put on consignment, the inventory maintenance screen for that item will show the number of items that are on consignment on field #11. The amount will be taken out of in stock. You may change items and amounts on a consignee by choosing option 5. When items or amounts are changed on a consignee, the number on consignment on the inventory maintenance screen for the items will reflect the changes on the consignment field and the on hand amount. You may delete items from a consignee by choosing option 6. When items are deleted from a consignee, the inventory maintenance screen will show that the items are no longer on consignment and will reflect in the on hand amount.

 

Print/Display Consignee Information

You may print a consignee report by going into SLOC and choosing option 7. You may print all items for all consignees by choosing option 8. You may display consignees on system by choosing option 9.

 

Scan Items Returned to take off Consignment

Scan all items that are returned to take off of consignment and put back into stock using SLOC and choosing option 10.

 

Create a P.O.S. File

You may create a file that can be rung up at the P.O.S. by choosing SLOC option 11.

 

Delete the Consignment to take the items off of Consignment and put back in the on hand amount before ringing up the Consignment.

Ring up Consignment Sales

Ring up the items sold on consignment. P.O.S. file MUST have been created using SLOC option 11. Then at the P.O.S. Item ? field, type AUTO. A window will be displayed where you enter the file number created. The items will be rung up item by item. Items must be on Inventory. Inventory will be adjusted.
