Print Outstanding Layaway Balances

To print outstanding Layaway balances, use SLGP option 1. This will print the following information: control #, name, telephone, date of purchase, original amount, previous paid, balance, and last activity on each layaway. The original amount, previous paid, and balance of all layaways will be totaled. Layways that have been paid more than 90 days will be deleted when this program is run.

 

Print Outstanding Gift Certificates

To print outstanding Gift Certificate balances, use SLGP option 2. This will print the following information: control #, name, telephone, date of purchase, original amount, previous used, balance, and last activity on each layaway. The original amount, previous used, and balance of all gift certificates will be totaled. Gift Certificates that have been completely used for more than 90 days will be deleted when this program is run.
