Video Masterfile & Labels - VIP
- You may print out the video masterfile alphabetical by title or numeric by video number. You may print all or a selected category. Also, you may choose to print a report which includes video number, title, category & description, retail price, rental fee, and run-time. Or you may choose to print a report with additional information, which includes video number, title, category & description, retail price, rental fee, run-time, cost, total fees, date purchased, current rentals, and total rentals.
- You may print a list of videos sorted by the number of rentals with the same information as the print-out with additional information.
- You may print a list of videos for a customer in a four column format listing the run-time and title of video. You may print all or selected category.
You may print a delinquent listing of videos that have not been returned and are overdue. This list will include video number, title, membership number, date checked out, date due, membership name, address, and telephone number.
You may print barcode labels for Videos so that at the point of sale you may scan the barcode to rent the video. A message will be displayed asking if you want to delete the previous batch of labels. Normally you answer ‘Y’. You must choose the videos you want to print. You may print individual labels, entire video category, or labels for all videos. On individual labels, you may choose how many labels to print. The others will print one label per video. The label will have the barcode, video number, title, video category, rental fee, and the running time.
