IVUL - Miscellaneous Inventory Utilities
1. Enter in Stock Items. Adds to in stock amounts by item number.
2. Zero Masterfile. Takes the in stock amount to zero on all inventory items or items in a specific category.

5. Change a Category Number. Changes a category number to another category number.
6. Change Masterfile Supplier #1 Assignment. Changes a supplier #1 number to another supplier number.
7. Set Beg/End Sale Dates. Enter the beginning and ending sale dates, then enter the item number for the item on sale. The title will be displayed with the current retail price. Enter the sale price and press <Enter>. Then go to the next item. When rung up at POS, an * (asterisk) will display after the regular price to denote the item is on sale. The item will be rung up at the regular price, then discounted to the sale price.
8. Reset Sale Dates to Zero. Allows you to enter item numbers to take the item off sale and set sale dates to zero.
9. Change an Item #. Enter the old item number, the new item number and new barcode number. The history of the old number will be retained on the new number.
10. Display .00 price and bogus cost items. Brings to the screen items that are not priced on your inventory and items that have a bogus cost amount. You may correct and save. You may continue to the next item that is not correct or you may type in "N" to exit program.
11. Input Qtys from a File.
12. Multi-Store Title Comparison. This program matches title, author, and if you wish, departments in stores #2 thru.....to the same as store #1.
13. Create All Key Word Tables. This program creates the key word look up files in the data base and the inventory masterfile.
14. Create IVI Key Word Table only. This program creates the key word look up file in the inventory masterfile.
15. Add IVM items to IVDI File. This program will add all items on your inventory to BSMGR’s database.
16. Purge BSMGR’s Database. This program will take out all items that are not flagged as Spring Arbor, Riverside, Whitaker, or New Day from BSMGR’s database.
17. Change incorrect invoice #’s in IVM. Changes the invoice number on IVM from an incorrect number to the correct number. You must enter the purchase number, incorrect invoice number, and correct invoice number.
18. Change BSMGR’s Database Prices. You must call BSMGR and download current file with the new prices, then run this option to update prices in the database.
19. Move Inventory History Totals. Will move the totals from one month to another if the history roll was done incorrectly.
20. Add Titles from Store xx to xx. Will add titles from one inventory masterfile to another on multi stores.
21. Clear Sales prices by Promo #. Enter the Promo # and all items flagged for sale price with that Promo # will be unflagged.
