GLS - NEW MONTH SET-UP

SET-UP FOR NEW MONTH-automatically moves current month's information to current year’s information and brings monthly totals to zero. In other words, clears current month's entries.

You may check an account in GLI, General Ledger Inquiry, to see if the GLS, New Month Set-Up has been run. If accounts only show a balance forward, GLS has been run. If current entries are still on accounts, GLS has not been run.
