DATE & TIME CHANGE ON COMPUTER

DOS - Exit BSMGR to DOS prompt where BSMGR is installed. Type in DATE <Enter>, or TIME <Enter>. Type in the correct date or time and press <Enter>. You must use hyphens on the date, and colons periods and an "a" for a.m. or a "p" for p.m. on the time. To return to BSMGR, type in MENU <Enter>.


UNIX - Exit BSMGR to $ sign. Type in su <Enter>. At # sign, type in: asktime <Enter>. Type in only numbers, no colons, etc. You must enter time if date is changed. Example: April 24, 1999, 4:15 P.M. would be 9904241615 <Enter>. Unix uses a 24-hour clock (military time), 4:15 p.m. would be 1615. To return to BSMGR, type in exit <Enter>. At $ sign, type in bsmgr <Enter>.
