Stock Check

Check if item is in stock at Spring Arbor, Riverside or Chordant. (Optional - Available if you have Electronic Ordering.) This program may be called from any terminal with access to a modem. In DOS or Windows 95, to call the Stock Check Program, hold down the Ctrl key and press <F5>. Or you may access Stock Check from the Menu Bar, Utilities, Stock Check. A window will be displayed:

Automated Stock Check ITEM #: 0842305076 <F1>=Arbor <F2>=Riverside <F3>=Chordant <F9>=Warehouses <Esc>=Exit

Enter the Item number you are checking and press <F1> to call Spring Arbor, <F2> to call Riverside, or <F3> to call Chordant. If you have an item highlighted in inventory or BSMGR Database, the item number will be filled in. After connecting with Spring Arbor, Riverside, or Chordant, they will send back the following information:
