SLTR - SALES TRANSACTIONS

To open SLTR, press <Alt M> (“Menu”) and follow the Menu path illustrated below, then press <Enter>, or simply enter <SLTR> in the “Enter Program Name” field and

SLTR allows you to view a customer's POS transactions that are saved automatically when SYS Config File, Change Misc. Configurations, number 4003 (“Save All PO'S. Transactions?”) has been set to “Y” for yes.

You have the option of looking up transactions either by customer or by transaction number.

A  list of the customer’s transactions by date and transaction number will be displayed.

Select the transaction you wish to view, and press OK=F5.  The transaction will be displayed on WordPad.

Since these saved transactions use up to 75 lines per transaction, you will periodically need to run the SLTD (“Transaction Deletion”) program to clear the file of older transactions.
